This is "The Path of a Stray", or "TPOAS" as we have nicknamed it. Welcome. If you are planning on joining then we are glad to have you. The first thing you should do is head to the information board and read up on what is going on on this wonderful site here. Read the Survival Guide and the Rules then you may go ahead to the create a character thread. From there you can copy the form and post it in a new thread to make your character. Please also take a look at the auditions thread in the decisions board. There you can see if you would like to play a plot character. That is all, and welcome once again.
You are about to begin a long and dangerous adventure that you may or may not survive. It is living the life of a stray dog or cat wandering around the streets of La Paz, Mexico. One minute you could be sitting watching a beautiful day of the dead parade, and the next you could get captured and thrown into the illegal dog fights that take place secretly. You could be running down a stone paved street and then find yourself lost in the desert with no food and cougars closing in on you to make you there meal. You can make friends or go alone, find a mate and start a family or rise in the ranks of the secret societys that strays have put together. Whatever you do it is your choice. You get to decide... Will you live or die?

The site is getting a new look and is getting cleaned out. Please check out the official updates board for more information on what you can do to help. Also the activity check for February 2011 has been posted so don't forget to post in that. We are also going to be working on expanding and getting new members so please help us out by recruiting as much as you can and advertising everywhere you can! Let an admin know the sites you have been advertising on and we will reward you. To all of you who have been active with us so far thank you so much for your dedication. We appreciate it and hope to keep the site going for a long time to come.
Updates Here is where the admins will be posting occasional updates about changes around the site, ideas and other issues or upcoming events so be sure to read them cause they are very important.
Packs (8 sub-boards) Here you can check out the packs and see if there is one you would like to try and join. Just fill out the form and post it in the joining thread. Then wait to see if the alpha of the pack accepts you.
Profiles Here, you may create a thread listing all your characters and their information, the miniplots you are participating in, and maybe some things about yourself.
Plotting Here you can post a ad to help you find a mate, sister, brother, mother, father or even just relationships for your character. It is also a good way to find people to do mini plots with, just post your idea and see who replies.
